If you have any concern, complaint, or query regarding:
• How we collect, use, or store your personal data
• Exercising your rights under the DPDP Act (access, correction, erasure, etc.)

GRIEVANCE PROCESS

Step 1: Submit Your Grievance
Send an email to varshell07@gmail.com with the subject line:
"DPDP Grievance — [Your Full Name]"

Please include:
• Your full name
• Email address associated with your Varshell account
• Phone number
• Order number(s) (if applicable)
• Detailed description of your concern
• What resolution you are seeking

Step 2: Acknowledgment
We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 24 hours via email.
You will receive a unique Ticket ID for tracking.

Step 3: Investigation
Our Grievance Officer will investigate your concern thoroughly.
We may contact you for additional information if needed.

Step 4: Resolution
We aim to resolve all grievances within 30 days from the date of receipt.
You will receive a detailed response explaining:
• Our findings
• Any corrective action taken
• Steps we have taken or will take

YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA PRINCIPAL

Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the following rights:

1. Right to Access
Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.

2. Right to Correction & Erasure
Request correction of inaccurate data or deletion of your data.

3. Right to Grievance Redressal
File a complaint with our Grievance Officer if you believe your data rights
have been violated.

4. Right to Nominate
Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of your death or
incapacity.

5. Right to Withdraw Consent
Withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the legal basis.
